[2023] Oleksandr Usyk Training Motivation (Workout)

Hello boxman fans. Being unable to secure the most desired fight in his career - a battle for the status of the undisputed heavyweight champion against Tyson Fury, - Ukrainian Oleksandr Usyk has to begin mandatory defenses to maintain his belts and, consequently, his chances of a mega-fight for all four titles.
Usyk is already 37 years old. At any moment, his reflexes and motor skills can decline, and these attributes are crucial for boxers of his style of technical and tactical fighter. But during the preparation process, a thinking, technical boxer will always benefit from sparring more than someone who primarily relies on brawling.
