Why is Nova Politte (a biological male) allowed to compete in the FPO 50?

I'm sure you can read the rules. Pro master majors are listed as eligible at the less strict standard. Obviously many people (including myself) disagree with the policy but before you start a giant protest on this nice video, keep it civil and keep in mind that the PDGA is fighting, and losing, in court to even uphold it's more restrictive policy for elite series, pro tour, and non age protected pro majors. Until this makes it to the (current) supreme court, they aren't likely to have any luck making the policy more restrictive than it currently is. It would just mean more lawsuits and they are paying for their own lawyers as of now. People complain about where our membership dues are going already. These lawsuits could drain their accounts in no time and they have little hope of winning in some states. I'm not saying don't speak out, but keep it civil and ask....who are you really complaining to. Ace Run Pro? The PDGA? Judges? Give the overall issue time to work it's way to the supreme court and it's pretty obvious which way the current court will rule. Also it's FP50 not FPO50. Once the supreme court allows them to determine their own policy we'll see what they do, but it'll be a year or two before that happens. If they don't make the policy more restrictive at that time, there are PDGA board member elections. They are going on right now actually.
