2023 Perodua Axia SE - Customise Car Settings

This video quick run through on how to customise car settings on the second generation Perodua Axia SE.
This car belongs to SoCar. I rented this car to make this video shoot from SoCar. SoCar customers are not given they keyfob. Customer install SoCar app on mobile phone for reservation, locking and unlocking the car. The app shown in this video is SoCar app I use to lock and unlock this car.

I have an axia X.. i just realised that when i lock/unlock my car, there’s no lights flashing. Supposingly, the signal lights will flash either once for lock and twice for unlock. But mine just doesnt flash the lights. Do you guys happen to know is it by default like that or?

@jocelynwong5701 - For Setting No.26 turn signal flash when lock/unlock, there is no default mode. If your instrument cluster has Setting 26 just turn it ON to have turn signal to flash when lock/unlock.

Thank you for watching. Axia equipped with reverse sensor will beep and beep when it sense object close enough. The beep beep become faster as your car goes nearer to the object and finally if too close it will beep non stop. This distance cannot be adjusted. The sound and how loud it sound cannot be adjusted.

Yang lampu putih sebaris dekat bawah bumper Axia SE bukan fog lamp. Dia adalah day time running light (drl). Dia ON bila hari siang supaya kenderaan lain nampak anda. Pada meter dia tidak ada sebarang tanda ON atau OFF. Dia tidak boleh ON atau OFF secara manual. Bila waktu malam atau anda ON lampu utama Axia dia akan OFF. @@soojieloo6359 Unfortunately no. The seat belt warning sound is a safety device. The warning sound can be silenced by putting on your seatbelt. For your safety please put on your seat belt when driving.

I have axia se like this. But my setting until no.6 only. Any idea to get access more setting?

What was the gear position when you are checking the setting? The gear must be at P or N when accessing the settings after No.06. If I remember correctly, (This Axia is not mine, it's a rental car from SoCar) the gear is at D or S range, the setting after No. 06 cannot be accessed.

Hi tq for reply. I found already how to access more setting more than no 6. Just take out -ve terminal battery and put back. Walla can access more setting.

@@wmizuddin638 bring your car to Perodua Service Center and tell them about this problem. Your Axia might have a faulty multi info display. I believe can claim warranty.

Hi Noraazman, the Range on this new Axia SE cannot be reset, unlike the old Axia which can be reset by reseting the AVG fuel consumption.

Lampu yang mana boss? Lampu DRL, Lampu besar, lampu kecil. Axia tak macam Myvi ada lampu OFF. Axia hanya ada mode Auto sahaja. pada dashboard ada sensor lampu auto. Pastikan tak ada apa penutup dashboard menutupi sensor tersebut. Kalau sensor tersebut kena tutup dengan dashboard cover, maka sensor itu akan tukar mode jadi malam dan lampu besar akan ON. Kalau lampu DRL, dia akan ON sekiranya lampu besar OFF. Bila anda ON lampu kecil atau lampu besar lampu DRL akan OFF.

@@shima34 lampu temperature biru on bila suhu engine sejuk bawah paras biasa. Bila suhu engine mencapai paras biasa, lampu biru itu akan hilang. Tak ada setting. Berwaspada bila lampu temperature jadi merah. Bila dia jadi merah, suhu engine melebihi paras biasa. Berhenti kenderaan dan hubungi SC.

Sorry for late reply. I needed to compare the specs on www.perodua.com.my. X as compared to G, additional of RM 1400 in price, and you get keyless start, LED head lights with follow me home & leaving home, front parking sensors, 2 speakers on rear door. It's worth th additional RM1400. You need to get used to meter without tachometer. There is no daytime running lights. You also need to get windows tint after market. If you don't mind the short coming, Axia X is a good car.

Sorry for late reply, I had to use Google Translate as I cannot read Chinese. Axia AV 2023 use same way to customise the car. Axia AV may have more settings than SE.

01 kalau ON, bacaan AVG akan reset jadi 0 bila isi minyak. 02 kalau ON bacaan Trip A akan jadi 0 bila isi minyak.

Axia X may not have all the feature. Use the same procedure to select the function like this video. If the menu number appears, means got that particular feature.
