Fc compact is the perfect rings size. I love the flip through. I just made my biggest planner change in July to my a5 bound book and set my rings down for now. Good luck on your food journaling. I hope it helps you identify your triggers. As a chronic illness spoonie I enjoy seeing what others also track for their health.

Sure, most welcome. Low through out the video, had Lap top and youtube volume on Hi and still used headphones in the end to hear.
