If I could give you a million likes, I would. You are going to help a lot of people avoid or at least make better decisions about their planner choices. I’ve learned to write out the purpose of the planners I’ve chosen and it does help. Waiting and cooling off from the excitement before diving in is prudent. Another thing to consider is where you are in life: student, employee, parent, homeschooler, retiree, volunteer, caregiver etc etc, will help determine what type of system is best. The storage of all the planners over the years is something to consider. We like to keep our memories, but having space for storage over time can become an issue, especially if you want to simplify and declutter your life. ❤

I totally get it. I have been crafting all my life so have lots of craft tools and skills, so for me I knew when I got my first Filofax that I would make at least some of the inserts and dividers myself. One thing I am not making myself is the dated diary/calendar inserts. I just can't be bothered with designing them from scratch, although I know you can find free downloads online. Thanks for sharing your insights! I have always liked this "nude" colour of the Original. The black and midnight blue are stunning too.

I have a few personal ring planners. I wish I could get them to work for me but they just don’t. I also tried the download pages and it takes to much time for me. I would buy already made pages. I love looking and videos of ring planners but they just don’t work for me. I’ve been using a commit planner and that what I’ll continue to use. Thank you for the video!
