I believe doing it slowly is the best way. I don’t like going on diets that at some point drop and go back to the usual. Rather I take baby steps until it becomes a life style of eating right and healthy. Kelly do more detoxing that will help you making right choices on what to eat because after cleaning up honestly you won’t like to take in junk again. I did it and succeeded 💃🏾.

We have the same target weight!! I'm also rather short, and all my 65kg is confined in my little self 😂 so I totally hear you about 60+ kg being classified as overweight 😑 I also wanted to do a vision board this year but I blanked out on how to do it so I made a PowerPoint of it😂😂now I'm inspired to actually make a physical one!!! And prayers up for your interview! 🙏🏾

What time do you go to bed for you to get up at 5:30am fresh and rested up?

So I get up at 4.30. I try to make it into bed by 9.30 but it's tough. I'm definitely not getting enough sleep especially still getting up at night with Aya but I'm pushing through!

@@KellyMataure lm also trying to get in the habit of getting up as early as possible but sleeping early is a challenge. Hopefully by end yr l would have mastered this 5am club commitment lol
