2023 Polaris 9r Build

Here is my detailed Polaris 9r build. In this video I have added some info and tricks on how I build my sleds. Everything from bar set up, ice age rails/elevate, clutching, etc. I hope this video will help some of you out on your personal builds. Like I mentioned I will release another video with sled on the snow and all the products. A few Questions and things. Can you explain why the Make over? Very Cool sweet Wrap! Do you ride RevelStoke? Where you from? Did you lose any weight? Does 900r have the fuel adjustment? Well enjoy and can’t wait for next Video 👍🏻

I add all these products because of the strength and performance increase outta them. I ride mostly revelstoke. I dropped around 15-20lbs at the most I think. 9r has ethanol or 91 non-ethanol mode.

Curious Nick, why did you go with the Iceage Classic instead of the bombers?

The classic is a lot lighter and they seem to be holding up great so far

Hey man do you know how it would run if you drilled out the tunnel hole and dropped the stock PRO skid would it work and perform more kehos like?

Yes can do that but I believe it’s would crate less ski pressure for sure

Just curious I got a 155 non slash and just chopped it the other day did the 155 slash rear bumpers fit right?

Mine was a 165 slash so we just took the rear tunnel cap off. Shortened the tunnel then put the cap back on. Then my slash 155 Smithgrade bumper fit 100%

How do you like the exit shocks? I ran fox on my gen 4 doo. Thinking about going exit on my 9R.

Were you not able to get a 155"? Just wondering why you'd want to basically turn it into a full tunnel. Or you going to chop tunnel?

I wasn’t able to get a 155. So we cut the tunnel so that it’s a 155. Now it’s a 155 khaos slash

What's the biggest difference you like the 155 over the 165? I have a 163 but considering a 155

@@chasemichaud9519 the 155 is more playful and has more track speed. The 165 keep more ski pressure. Not as playful but better for climbing

Almost have it dialled. I swapped secondary spring and I think that will make it perfect. So far it’s awesome just dialling it in.

@@vladsemer6539 ended up using stock secondary spring now. The new magnet set up tied with the primary spring and helix works best with stock secondary spring
