Where's the Third upper brake light? Amber and Red side lights on the fenders, Electric Windshied Wipers and Washers, Manual rear wheels calbers and hand brake lever, DOT safety glass windshield, DOT approved tires, etc... Michigan SOS has the most demanding requirements to legalize offroad vehicles to be lawful on highways. Once you're legal the posted speed sign is your limit. Only requirement is NO INTERSTATES ALLOWED.

I don't think they have passed it where you can be on 4 or more lanes above 35mph.

If memory serves correctly they are working on an addendum to change what roads they're allowed on.

None of the side by sides will come from the factory street-legal, but they can be modified right here at the dealer before you take them home. Many dealers like Team Powersports can even do the registration and the license plate at the time of purchase if the modifications have been performed prior to taking final delivery.
