I agree completely that they should make more Polly’s like these. And I like the colors and the glitter. I really wish they’d given us more water safe backgrounds to go with the water features but you can’t have everything all of the time right 😊 Great video and hope you’re having a great day Rachel 🙏🏻🫶🏼

Whaa.. it's actually brand new releases 😂. I thought this was the pink vintage ball (forgot the name) from the lil bit that was shown. These are so cute 🥰❤. Update: I got the Bubble Aquarium and Rainbow Unicorn Salon from my latest binge watch of your reviews 😅. Both arrived today, really pretty sets.

First set: I was about to praise the set for once and then they went and forgot that paper doesn't do well with water, in their water set! What? Anyway I like the overall creativity and it feels like a step in the right direction, with how interactive the set is and the decent amount of details. It would be a million times better if they'd just paint the sets already, but I'll take what I can get at this point. It feels more cohesive and fun than a lot of past sets though. :3 I love the water ball! have u tried putting some tin foil around the base? Like how u do for candles to make them stay in the holder? The doll is cute, to me it looks like he's wearing headphones, listening to music while being sporty, lol. :D Hmmm a bath bomb. I bought some in japan once they bc they came with a pokemon. They were way bigger than this one tho lol. Anyway I put it in a bucket bc I would never ever take a bath wt that shit, even if I had a tub. The smell was potent as was the colour, lol. But I ended up wt two bulbasaurs, which were waay smaller than the absurdly hefty pokeball shaped bath bombs, lol. It was kinda fun to disolve them tho. XD (Hey off topic but do you remember those bath "pods" they had in the 90's (maybe still?) were there was some gel in a squishy bubble pod shaped like various things and you had to resist the temptation to squeeze them too hard?) Ooo not quite a bathbomb then, neat. :)

I really don’t know why they went with a paper background for these. 😭 Doesn’t make a whole lot of sense. Thankfully the water doesn’t pour out toooo close to the background, but let’s be real…water finds a way to get everywhere. 😂 Especially if kids were playing with it. I haven’t tried tin foil! I might try that out. And if it shows, it will just be a little extra shimmer. 😂 It didn’t even register to me that it could be headphones the doll was wearing, but my husband did mention it..after I made the video of course, haha. Lots of ways to play then, I guess! 💕 Haha I’ve gotten bath bombs for my kids in the past and we’ve always just dissolved them in the sink or in the bath when no one was in it. 😂 Oooh do you mean those little ones people would sometimes have out in like a bowl in their bathroom and there were all kinds of different styles and shapes? Yes! I also seem to remember just plain round ones as well? Bath pearls! I looked them up haha. They felt very similar to liquid gel vitamins. As a kid, I’d carry around a liquid gel vitamin D or whatever and just squish it till it was about to dissolve in my hand. 😂😂 They were way too fun to play with!

They were coloured but kinda see through, like the second (dolfin set) squish ball. Yup the round ones were ekstra squishy. :D I think you're rigth that they were called bath pearls. XD Never had any gel vitamins but I'd have done the same. XD

Sadly Polly seems to be entirely unavailable in Denmark. I found some once a couple of years ago in Lidl and once in another discount store at random. (there and gone in typical discount store fashion of changing nonfood weekly), and once in an ekstra large toystore that haven't been able to find since. I actually searched for them at the mall today. No dice. I don't love them enough to pay for shipping, so until I see a reasonably priced set that I absoloutely adore and must have, I'll sadly be skipping out, but if they had them available nearby I might just grab them for when the kids visit. (little cousins love my toybox, lol.) Hmmm, maybe someday.

if you dont want to do something as permanent as glue im sure a square of double sided tape would work for display, or maybe some sticky tack inside the flower

Set 2: Love the crystal bg. (I adore crystal and gem stones.) Oh gosh I love the doll she's so cute! Shame the ball doesn't work as well but I like the colour. Those balls kinda remind of this laundry ball my aunt had once. It had a large opening to poor in detergent but was otherwise pefectly round, and i loved to squish it. It was much bigger tho, lol. I like the stairs, I and I like the pink but I don't love the coloursheme as a whole. It doesn't mesh well and just highlights how empty it is. Feels dark and abandoned? Am I making sense? ^^; I love the dolfin that gold is gorgeous but I'm rly dissapointed he's not made of rubber! :O Does the bottom half dissolve? :3 This one has better accessories for sure. Hmm seeing them side by side I think I might like this set best. The effects were great, thanks for sharing. ^^ Great music selection btw. Rly cute. ^^

The bottom doesn’t dissolve, just the top! 💕 Haha it’s funny that you would prefer the dolphin be rubber, because I prefer all the accessories to be hard plastic! 😂💗💕
