The only Walking belt lubrication approved by the manufacturer for this equipment is the Icon/Ifit Performant Lube. Use of any other lubrication may effect your warranty coverage.

No, and as of late last year machines are no longer being manufactured like that.

Although this model does not have a track display it will give you your total distance in miles or kilometers on the screen. A typical track is 400 meters. 4 times around the track is aprox 1 mile. I hope that helps.

06:12 I wish there were more details on how to attach this piece to the treadmill. Took me approximately 20 mins to figure out that the mold must be going through all three holes in the storage latch.

Does the speed go up by .1 intervals or can you only go by the full numbers?

if you use the speed + or - buttons you can go in .1MPH increments. iFIT treadmills also have quick speed buttons that allow you to jump to the nearest whole MPH with the touch of 1 button which is convenient for changing speeds quickly in a workout. Also most people don't realize if you want to go 3.5 MPH for example, if you press the 3 button followed very quickly by the 5 button the unit will set the speed to 3.5 instead of needing to press the up button 5 times.

Hello! My proform carbon tlx won’t power on after several reset attempts. I bought just over a year ago with no issues until now. Is there another solution to try (ie a manual reset option / pin hole)? Thanks!

Check to make sure the safety key is in place and that the power switch is in the on position. Do you use the iFIT software? sometimes the console will look off if they are stuck in the middle of an update. If so go back to your smart device (phone or tablet) and reconnect to the console and allow it to complete the software update. If this is not the issue then there is a large circuit board with some LED lights that can be checked under the motor hood. With the machine unplugged remove the 5 motor hood screws and remove the hood. carefully check for any loose or disconnected wires, re attach any wires that are out of place. Carefully plug in the machine and turn the on off switch to on. There should be a red and green LED light on the controller (large circuit board. If there is only a red light then the controller will need to be replaced. If both red and green lights are on the controller then there may be an issue with the wires between the controller and the console, or something else going on with the console.

Yes, this model does come with the tools necessary for assembly. While most equipment does not come with assembly tools many of the current models from iFIT are coming with them.

just bought one today, mine didn't come with the ground wire off the leg, only the one off the board. What i do in that case?

What if it’s missing a crossbar from the packaging! How do I get another one from the manufacturers?

Contact member care by reaching out to the number in your manual or my.ifit.com if you are in the US. If you are outside the US. contact your local member care office or your authorized distributor (where you purchased it). A replacement part can usually be sent out pretty easily.

different models and version of models may be bult slightly differently. the model in this video is a PFTL90924. if your assembly instructions did not specify this part then i would not be concerned.

I don't know how to connect music, I'm trying to connect it but I can't.

In order to listen to music on this model treadmill from your own device you will need to use an AUX audio cable (headphone jack on both ends) and use the AUX input on the front of the console. I hope this helps.

this sounds like the magnetic safety key is not on the console or the key switch in the console is faulty.

Loosen the bots at the bottom of the upright. They should be very loose during assembly. Then tighten them when instructed in the assembly instructions.

I assume you have the treadmill assembled. For some time now units with Bluetooth iFIT connectivity required activation, achieved when you connect your treadmill to your smart device to access iFIT content. If you are not going to use your included 30 day iFIT membership then you can also activate your console by powering on the treadmill and with the safety key in place, PRESS and HOLD, the Bluetooth button (iFIT SYNC) on the console for about 15 seconds.

@@fatbastard606 This is usually caused by a pinched broken or wire that was not assembled correctly... you should double check your assembly. Please do also check to make sure you have power from the outlet and that the power switch at the base of the treadmill is in the on position.
