After 10 months we felt the need to review the van again and share with you all the good and the bad of the experience so far.

I added some stick on pipe insulation to my van walls and seemed to help

I think this was a great review. The kids are awesome. I almost click on by but glad I stayed with it. Nice to see different type of use for the van. I’m in the market so everything was very helpful.

So what was the issue with the driver-side headlight? And what was the fix?

I have the 2023 with the updated front end. Do you guys have ANY idea on where to get the LED headlights that the 24/25 have?

No idea 🤷🏻‍♂️.. try your local ram dealer.. they were able to swap out a warranty replacement for one of ours 🤘🏻

Yes. Love those boys. We got two, a 5 year old and 2 year old 😅 Looking into this van. Where can one get that crew setup? Only at a dealer?

No, it was on the Ram website. I had approached my local dealership about it and they called me 3 months later telling me several had arrived in their last shipment of vehicles. This van is called the RAM “promaster crew van”

I love the looks of those vans, but a V6 or v anything is just no good on a front wheel drive. Also for a van it should not be front wheel drive anyway because the rear wheels are the ones that will hold the weight once you load it. In all reality a front wheel drive is just absolutely ridiculous on a van or a truck and a v engine of any kind is terrible on a front wheel drive because the back side cylinders would be very difficult to access during tune-ups or for any reason. If it were to be front-wheel drive it should be a straight 6 or a straight 4 with all of the cylinders to the front where they would be accessible with ease.

Awesome knowledge, thanks for sharing that. I will say that in terms of weight for us we really don’t loaded heavy at all. The only thing I haul around in it is bicycles and so maximum probably a couple of hundred pounds and that’s if they’re all e-bikes and we don’t even have bikes yet so now we’re hauling around a few bikes in there probably 150 pounds altogether so we’re safe in that area but yeah, I totally understand what you’re saying, and it is truly a great piece of knowledge something that I did not know. If you want more info on this van, we will be putting out a new video on it in a few days regarding some other situations that we have ran into I will say the best thing about this van is the space I mean we can stand up inside the cabin change, eat lunch comfortably when we’re out on a trailhead and I just cannot see myself in another car once you get this kind of space it’s very difficult to replace especially with a 6 foot 16 year-old and a 13-year-old that seems to be going through crazy growth spurts as well. Be on the lookout for the video. It should be interesting.

I agree.. I feel like mine was just a negative fluke but they took care of everything and the van is freaking awesome.. spacious and comfortable for sure!
