2023 Recap and 2024 Outlook! Aprilia Tuono V4 Motovlog

Once again, it has been quite some time since I recorded a traditional motovlog, but here we are looking back on the year! It certainly had its ups and downs, and 2024 is shaping up to be quite interesting. Check out the video for more details!

9:10 this is blowing my mind.. Found your channel while doing some research before picking up my Tuono V4. I too have a 675 (that is being converted for the track) and a Tuono V4. I also destroyed my left collarbone crashing the 675 towards the end of'22. Just had my 2nd surgery removing the plate Nov '23. Glad you're healing and still enjoying riding! Best of luck for 2024!

I can very much relate to your year Chad. Some very low lows and some really high highs. I somehow managed to win my class championship in Super Street this past season. That was for sure the highest high. I am planning to race the full season again in Super Street, if they don't "bump" me out. 😁 Looking forward to whatever you've got coming up. I don't off the top of my head, but they are the transparent StompGrip pads precut for the 2011-2020 RSV4/Tuono V4. They're probably available on Cycle Gear or RevZilla 👍

Hello, i got the same bike really really like the bike, i have a question about the bike, when i drive it fast (still learning) the Aprc triangle light sometimes blinks and if i slow down after some time it goes away, all my electronics are on. Do you know why that can light up and blinks?

The light can show up for multiple reasons. It flashes when aPRC is intervening. In my experience, with aPRC settings on the highest interference (ATC 8, AWC 3, ABS 3), just being a little aggressive will result in them interfering. If you're getting them while accelerating, it's likely either TC or WC. You can try turning them down to lower settings. I typically run ATC on 1-3 depending on conditions and have AWC off.

hello there! If you had to choose a brand new rsv4(non factory) and an r1(standard model), what would you choose? Based on what you've heard and from personal experience

It depends on the kind of riding I would be doing. For the track, I would go R1 because the electronics are much better and parts are easier to find if something breaks or I crash. For the street, RSV4 because I think it sounds better, has more soul and looks much more beautiful. If you plan on doing more street riding, I would take a look at the Tuono V4, lots of the same characteristics and qualities of the RSV4 but a bit more comfortable!

@@christosganidis you can feel it once you get over 70 but I don't think it gets annoying until you're nearing triple digits. Just took some getting used to for me. I can set my cruise around 85 and be fine leaning into the wind. Also helps take a little stress off the lower back

@@hiimchad our euro 5 tuono overheats in the city and at the lights. Just wondering if you encountered the same eapeciallt stopped at the light

@@humannature3916 I have not, my bike does get pretty hot but has never overheated as far as I know
