As a fellow black RG3 owner, I have never fully recovered from Wham breaking up in the 80’s. I mean sure George Michael went on to fame and fortune. But what about the other guy? I’m telling you I just can’t sleep. These brackets would go a long way to my recovery by allowing me to get the lowers with speakers pods installed so I can finally have music to wake me up before I go go. Thanks for all the videos. I know you’ve seen on the Facebook page how much work I’m doing on the RG3 as well and a lot of it is direct inspiration from these videos. Oh yeah, if I don’t win these brackets there will never be World peace. So that’s on you sir.

I have the 24 road glide 3 in black and I am thinking of eventually putting lower fairing on so I can upgrade the factory speaker system. I have had the RG3 since October and (as you are aware) upgrading can be expensive any chance at a giveaway to help with the upgrades is awesome .... Love all your content I have done upgrades based on your upgrades. So far new handlebars (on order) new front turn signals (Eagle light LED) and I ordered the clear LED tail lights and magic stick. That's about all I can afford on a disabled vets income at this point. But more to come

Got the black on black like yours ( only way to go) and picking up some great ideas what to do with mine. Like the fairing support,really cleans it up nice. Think I’m also going with those lowers, never thought of doing that but when I saw them on yours and showed my wife , WOW, we both think they look great. I’m a retired LEO, from Jersey and been riding solo for about 15 years but the wife got her nerve back and she’s back on the road with me.Go down to Fla for a few months each year and will be coming next year with the RG3. Donnie, just a heads up on the lowers that you installed. I have a 2018 Road Glide with the 107. When I ordered some lowers from Amazon and installed them, on my powervision my engine temperatures increased 40 degrees. I could not believe they would do this so I uninstalled and rechecked. Sure enough temperatures were 35 to 40 degrees cooler. I think they would be good in cooler temperatures but maybe not in your neck of the woods. The black fairing brackets would look good on my bike if you have not already gave them away. Have a good day.

Has this been the case with anyone else in the hotter states? I know that the bikes with the lower fairings out of the factory have the cooling system running through them. I'm building a 2016 harley freewheeler into a rg3 I have everything installed on the fairing except the lower support bracket those brackets you have would work and look great on my freewheeler I tried other brackets and they don't work

Make sure to let everybody know that they need to order the one for RG3. It has a spacer that it needs. The regular RG will not line up. As I found out and waiting for the spacers. Thanks

Hey Donnie, always happy to see your progress on your RG3. I am making steady progress on both my and my wife's RG3 and I am shocked to see how much our bikes are very similar. My brotha from another motha. lol Anyway around 5:44 I noticed through the frame and the fork that you have an extended shifter peg. Do you happen to remember the make/part number for this? I have a Harley heel shifter that I am looking for an extended replacement for a little more boot room on the Kahuna floorboards and the Kahuna shift pegs leaves a little to be desired, especially the front one with the addition of the DK Custom's floorboard extenders. Any help would be appreciated. Also, I am planning on having my dealership's paint shop do a new paintjob. I may wait more towards the end of the riding season and get on their schedule as I'm sure you know from living in Illinois, we have the same shortened riding season here in NW Indiana as well. I'd rather spend 2 weeks on the bike rather than waiting for the paintjob to get done. I'd love to figure out a way to send you pics of bot of the RG3's. Anyway, thanks again for the video. In the video you didn’t mention that you added that bar you see on the floor so you would have something to attack the lowers to so you would have to get a different bar if you don’t have it. I didn’t see it in the video

Please check out my engine guard install video. The bar you see in this video is just the fairing support. You cannot mount anything to it.

BungKing is great. I've been ordering chopper fab parts from them for a decade. Definitely easier and less expensive than the Yaffee stealth bar. engineering seems like it would be stiffer too.

Good looking bike. Have a Tri Glide with a 131 also black. Put everthing that would fit on a Harly on it. 80k spent so far. Looking for a RG3 for the wife. She wants to ride one before buying because some people say it has a low speed wooble. This maybe the case due to the front end not being weight down by the bat wing front end. Have you been on a Tri Glide if so what your take??

Hey, brother. I’ve only seen someone complain about a “wobble” that never rode a trike before. As you fully know, having the third wheel makes the trike travel differently than a 2 wheel moto. I have not experienced any wobble of any sort. At any speed. If someone describes it as a wobble and not just crappy surface, and having the trike with 3 wheels, I don’t know what they’re talking about. As far as the front end weight, it’s pretty equal to a TriGlide. Yeah, man I’d try and find an RG3 near you and go for a ride. The bracket is a replacement to the OEM Fairing support bracket so you can mount an engine guard.

Yes you’ll have to take those bolts out to get the outer cap to come off.

Yeah I wish they would!! Having the fairing supports are definitely required. It would put too much flex on the inner fairing if you ran it without a lower support bracket.

Yes, the BungKing fairing brackets are needed. If not, you have no rear support for the fairing and it will move considerably.
