Just found your channel recently and already love it! We bought a 2023 2608bs in the fall and we've taken it out 2 times so far, we absolutely love it! We searched for what seemed like forever to replace our last camper and after seeing many Rockwoods, we fell in love with the quality compared to other brands and landed on this model (its us and 3 dogs). Our favorite things about this model are the large living space and the separation between all of the spaces , the travel access was at the top of our must have list also, and the awesome views from the bedroom vs having the front bedroom and having to keep the blinds down at campsites all the time (our last one had a front bed). We opted for the theater seating and the table and chairs with the lighter interior choices. The only real issues we've had so far is the hanger bar that runs at the top of the closet for your hanging stuff...it bent at both ends and came out of the top at blth ends during travel and our clothes fell everywhere. We're working on a solution for it now. We had an issue with the oven knob he had to fix but that wasn't on Rockwood I guess lol. I noticed a lot of your videos are around Ohio, are you in NE Ohio? We are between the Akron and Youngstown areas!

Hi Ron, I just heard back from Avalon, they currently do not have a 2516s in stock at this time. If one comes in they will let us know. Looks like the 2515s is a lighter unit, looks like exterior storage is behind the fridge, bed and no dinette..Bathroom looks larger, not sure how important separate entry to master bedroom is for you. Looks like on the 2516s you would have to walkthrough the bathroom to get into the master or go outside and enter… Thanks for watching & subscribing!

Hi Ron, We like the floor plan, it would be nice for someone who may have an occasional guest as you can convert the dinette into a bed. Tina wasn’t a huge fan of the drawer arrangement in the cabinets. I feel It would be nice to have a larger area for storage. You would probably have to utilize the tow vehicle for additional storage.. That’s just our opinion… Thanks for watching and subscribing!

Where is the converter and charge controller located on this model?

Hello, the converter is under the refrigerator it was a bit hidden by the griddle box. Also, it is the auto detect type, works with lithium or lead acid batteries.
