Haha, yeah I honestly wasn't expecting the bite to be soo good in the summer. How's the bite been for you? I usually don't kayak fish the marina because I don't have time. When I have time for kayak fishing I usually go to freshwater because I find it more challenging and interesting than saltwater. And I usually only get once or twice a month to do that. Otherwise I usually only have like an hour to fish once a week, so no time for busting out the kayak haha. Also, I get way more bites on foot patrol than I do from a kayak, probably because I don't do the kayak fishing enough in the marina to dial it in.

I feel like overtime after trying so many Lures You kind of don’t even know what to throw at this point yeah, I like those freshwater kayak videos too especially for those stripers those things look so fun on top water but yeah, makes sense. It’s kind of hard to get in between all those boats and everything but it just seems like such a more fun experience when you’re on the water than being so high up on the railing, it just feels like you’re actually fishing, lately really wanted to get a kayak so I just really enjoy watching other people get it done. Yeah, maybe you’ll show me the ropes on freshwater😂 Or dial in your saltwater game, would love to see it and to me saltwater just seems To have more variety of different species, you can catch with just a little swimbait And they seem to fight a hard, but I don’t know how hard those Striper fight because ive never caught one They look vicious. Can’t wait to get the yak and get on the real water. 😃

​@@Shneursulami Zero luck!? Like not catching any? Oh damn, I wonder if I just happen to catch a good day or a good time of day. I'll have to see how things go next time. I typically stay pretty basic on my lures with Spotties other than when I'm experimenting with some ideas. Most of the time i'm just throwing something with a keitech. I have some random ideas for baits I want to try, I might have to start skunking again pretty soon. I've been paying attention to your videos, you've taken to a slower cadence of pausing and pulling, I feel like that's your confidence way of working the bait. If you're not having luck, try switching things up. Since I'm always limited on time, I rarely fish slow, I cover water as quickly and as efficiently as I know how. I make maybe 6 - 8 very specific casts max per dock, and move on. If I'm not getting bit in an area for like 15 or 20 minutes I get the hell out of that area and make a big move, go to the next basin, other end of the basin or something. I probably skip over a lot of fish but I'm covering more area in a short time to find where they are. Kayak fishing is awesome, but it can be daunting too. You have access to soo much and everything looks like it should have fish on it there's soo much structure in the marina that most of the time there's nothing there. Also you have the challenge of positioning your kayak for casts and keeping it there, things you don't have to worry about from land. But yeah if you have the opportunity, definitely get into it, if I had more than an hour a week I'd be kayak fishing most of the time.

@@cheethoe na man I just suck you Continue cranking on him and ya you definitely seem to love em kietechs especially on a warbaits swing head I’ve never actually used those exact heads they definitely seem dope and ya i usually slow down too much especially knowing how aggressive spottys are I just need to get back into my rhythm of figuring out on catching em and I also really appreciate you helping me out so much watching my videos it really mean a lot and continue cranking on em and also still want that kayak pretty badly 😃

Haha, the salt corrodes my bearings man, I actually buy bearings in bulk and service them somewhat regularly myself but I usually wait until the bearings are really bad. I do rinse and dry my reels after every trip but that saltwater is ruthless.
