2023 SSANZ Evolution Sails Two Handed Round North Island Race

With heavy rain, cyclones and more rain out of the way the 33 yachts entered in the race found some sun and a nice north easterly breeze of around 15 knots to set off on leg 1 to Mangonui.
Wired led the fleet out past North Head closely followed by Equilibrium. All yachts looked comfortable hading out into the Hauraki Gulf with a good spectator fleet following.
