[2023] Terence Crawford Training Motivation (Workout)

The modern history of boxing spans over a century, and it would seem that all imaginable records have already been set. What else can be new in this sport? But boxing is still not a sprinter's 100-meter dash, where over the same period, from Thomas Burke's 12 seconds in 1896 to Usain Bolt's 9.58 seconds in 2009, performance improved steadily until we hit the 9.58-second mark 14 years ago. It turns out there are still records to be made in our beloved sport. Terence Crawford, in the era of four titles in men's boxing that began almost 20 years ago, became the undisputed champion in two weight classes. Moreover, he was the first to hold all the belts in the 66.7 kg category.
Entering the ring for all titles is quite a quest in itself: reaching the summit or several of summits, convincing another proud champion to unify, paying off contenders, meeting deadlines to keep the organizations happy, negotiating income shares, rights, merchandising, avoiding injuries in training camp, and a whole slew of other challenges are among of it.
Crawford is ambidextrous. He's also more effective when boxing as a southpaw. He's considered the ultimate universal in his division, and perhaps in all of boxing, but ultimately, he's a counter puncher. Terence has excellent footwork, good speed, a high boxing IQ, and solid timing.
