This is a Family Style motorhome, We own this floorplan; suggest optioning the tri-fold bed (not jackknife) to replace theater seating. Bunks are a waste of space imo. Glad there is no in-door ice/water dispenser as its tough to winterize. Opt for the dealer to install a stackable washer/dryer. Good to see Thor went for the integrated Solar Power software for the multiplexer (digital control panel). The tilt-a-bed is awesome imo, when tilted up the floor space is massive (imo, don't listen to folks on YT who dislike the tilt bed (to each his/her own I guess). This guy is accurate, the mattress IS super-comfortable, there is a lot of lighting, have to see to believe. Good vid! thanks!

Quick question: does the tankless water heater work on electric and/or gas?

I believe they can work on either source. There are some that will only work on one source and that may vary from camper to camper.
