Kevin is a club testing machine. Love his easy going ‘up for anything’ attitude. 👍

To me, one of the most interesting and important things is that all four models got really excellent height and descent angles, so regardless of the stronger lofts, you still have a good chance of stopping on the green. The spin rates were also all good. Of course the T100 had the highest spin and shortest rollout, but even the T350 did not have much rollout. And the T350 had the tightest dispersion (with individual swing variance obviously playing a role) which is the opposite of what you normally would expect from most stronger lofted game improvement irons where you see both wider vertical and horizontal dispersion. Titleist is definitely on to something with these irons.

Question: As fitters, how do you determine where to blend someone’s set if you are only testing them using one club (usually the 7 iron)?
@MXJEFF94 Жыл бұрын
Titlieist clubs are just pure class and performance. Another solid lineup as usual.

I’ve always been a Vokey player but have had callaway irons until a recent fit. First true blended set vokey 58, 54, 50, 46, T100 9-5i, T150 4i, T200 3i utility build (HZRDUS graphite shaft).. im a 4.8 hc currently, as low as 2.7.. pretty pumped on this new set, all the irons feel “simple” to hit and none feel scary now because of blending. Love that titleist has focused on this in fittings 🤘

T350 Numbers were great. Great distance with stopping power!

You mentioned the shaft on the first club, the T350, was the TT AMT Red, the lightest on that series and a high launch, high spin shaft. Did Kevin use the same shaft for the other irons, or different ones? Sorry, after hitting the T100 you did mention the AMT White, and also that each club had a different stock shaft.

I currently play with Titleist AP2s (FORGED) 718 - and I love the feel. Time for new clubs as I've had these for a while. Which of these series would be the equivalent for me to replace them with? Thanks!

Nice! The T150 and T100 will provide a very similar feel. T100 perhaps a touch softer. After that it depends on what you're looking for. If it's forgiveness, the T150. If it's workability, the T100. Hope this helps!

Been in the T100/T100S combos since their release 2 years ago. If the topline is as thin with as much or more forgiveness as the 2021 model then I'll have new irons.

I have a serious gapping problem at the top of my bag. Average numbers with good strikes 7i carry 162, 6i carry 165, 5i carry 169. Then my 4 hybrid jumps to 208. 7i and below average nice 8-11yd gaps. Thinking of just replacing my 5 and 6 with a 5 hybrid that carries 185ish and calling it good. Or, hear me out now, getting a whole new blended T series setup. Overkill for a 16hc?

You’re not the first to say the T100S was just a T100 bent two degrees stronger and the T150 is a completely new club…in fact, EVERYONE is saying that…makes me think that’s coming from the Titleist’s marketing department…which is odd since they were adamant when the T100S came out that it wasn’t just a T100 bent two degrees stronger, but actually developed specifically with the stronger lofts by adding help in other ways that T100 didn’t have…the videos are still on YT for anyone to look back at. Let’s be honest, it’s marketing hype to sell another club. It’s the same as the 100S, with a slightly larger head, and a different badge, with some updates…For comparison, here’s the blurb on the T100S that is still on the Titleist site: “The new T100•S dimensions exactly match the Tour-informed specs of T100. They are designed - not bent - 2 degrees stronger with a fully forged face, backed by an innovative Muscle Channel that adds to both speed and launch. At impact, they feel amazingly similar to T100. The only difference is added distance.”

Is the top line and sole of the 150 similar to the MB? Any way to do a visual comparison of the 2?

What Titleist model sets up like ping g430? Hitting g20 irons. Very thick sole. Do not play a lot so definitely need forgiveness. Being 25 my distance is very good but I believe new irons will improve my game? If so which Titleist model would you recommend? Thanks

Would the T200 be what the old AP1 turned into? Or would the old AP1s (I used the 714’s back in the day) be the T350’s?
@2ndswing Жыл бұрын
Old AP1s would be closer to the present day T350s. The T200s are more like the AP3s, which weren't in the Titleist iron line until the 718 series.

U505 loft options -- 16, 18, 20, 22. T200 loft options -- 17, 20, 23. We had both 20-degree options for testing

Hi guys!! Great review and video!! Curious. On the T150 irons, do they still have the tungsten in the 44 degree PW and the 48 degree W? Would you guys recommend the T150 44 P and especially the 48 W over the comparable T200 irons if I use them not just for full shots, but for chips and pitches too? I have two Vokey wedges in the sand and lob now just as a fyi. Thank you guys!!

Do you think the T350’s are more or less forgiving than G430’s or XZ4 mkll’s
@jherl83078 ай бұрын
Saw this video for the first time today I’m very impressed with the T3 50 with both with the numbers and the dispersion sadly I ordered the T200 two days ago so I’m stuck with them. Had I seen this I’d have ordered T 350. Oh well 1500 down the drain.

Hmmm….loved my last gen T100S. I like small headed clubs, but with age and body parts being replaced, needed some more help/distance, so the T100S were perfect. I hope they didn’t make it too big as I can’t hit a large headed club like the T200 or bigger as much as I’ve tried…

@petegalindez9961 Жыл бұрын
Not sure why you were surprised, everyone said they felt plasticky…I had them too…it’s just no one in the golf media mentioned it until now so that people will buy the new ones…same thing with the T150…when the last T100S hit the market, everyone was making it clear it wasn’t just bent two degrees stronger, it was engineered that way…now all the golf media is saying the T100S was just a T100 bent 2 degrees…welcome to marketing 101…FWIW, here’s what’s on Titleist’s site regarding the T100S: “The new T100•S dimensions exactly match the Tour-informed specs of T100. They are designed - not bent - 2 degrees stronger with a fully forged face, backed by an innovative Muscle Channel that adds to both speed and launch. At impact, they feel amazingly similar to T100. T150, are they louder?. T100s were loud.
@danvranic2306 Жыл бұрын
You're thinking of the 200. 100's and 100s's were the same fully forged construction and are the opposite of loud. 200 was firecracker in volume.

Really? I had a blended set of T100S/T200s…the T200s were loud and plasticky; the T100S sounded much like the T100 and was very nice.
