Highlander has been a rock solid choice in its segment mainly because of its long term reliability. Unlike most, I don't mind at all that it no longer has a V6 compared to its rivals when it has plenty of pep to move itself and bonus for greatly improved fuel economy because of the hybrid powertrains across almost the entire Toyota line-up.

Very informative. I've always driven Tacoma's but the older I get the Highlander is looking pretty nice. But to go from 4wd to AWD will be new.

If you don’t need AWD don’t get it. Get one bad tire you replace them all.

Hi 2 weeks back i purchased 2023 highlander front wheel back. It has snow button. I stay in michigan. My friend said we need all wheel drive in michigan. Awd is mandatory for snow or fwd with snow mode is enough plz suggest.

Great car, but price at my local dealership site is ridiculous (Koons Toyota Tysons, VA). I was looking for Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum, price range $65,847-$66,057 (MSRP starts from $52,625). For such a price, it is better to add money and buy a BMW x5 or Mercedes GLE-450, of course, not in the top configuration.

I think,that was the first year of the 8 sp tranny. I was hesitant to buy since it was the first model year for it. My 2015 has 200,000 worry free miles.
