Well, if you have a plan to modify your rig then get the G. It looks more cleaner than the toycon. Just upgrade the headlights/ tail lights, add a lift and get a bigger tires. But again, it still depends on the buyer's preference this is just my opinion ✌🏼

We will buy the G automatic. The Conquest V has lots of bells and whistles that add up to plastic chrome accents a display that is still smaller than it should be, a 360 camera and some LED lights that are cheap. I prefer cloth to leather seats anyway because I mostly wear shorts and skin on hot leather isn't enjoyable, many people will put slip covers on the leather seats anyway to try and keep them from cracking. If there were an E automatic, we would probably go for that. If there were a work truck with automatic, Toyota could sell us two trucks. City traffic these days is annoying enough that you don't need to be dealing with a manual transmission though I did it for years.

On the official Toyota ph website, there is already a 2.4 E Hilux AT variant PHP 80k price difference from the E MT variant, but I am wondering why there's no review on it yet

For a toyota hilux G M/T, yes they do have, its a great experience

I like how you do reviews adrian. Keep it up. I have both variant. And Hilux Conquest is way better in terms of features. specs is not too far sa dalwa. If u want to go simple but rock go for G, but if u want to go sporty and luxurious go for Conquest.

ba't mo nmn kinumpara yung plain Hilux sa Hilux Conquest? e ang layo2x nyan..c Hilux G nsa 148 HP lang yan..while conquest nsa 204 HP ata..sa looks at overall speed and power maiiwanan ni Conquest ang nakababatang kapatid nya ng isang libong taon! gwapings c Conquest while c Hilux G feeling gwapings lang! dun mo icompare c Hilux G ky Navara EL Calibre yung old model, at yung old model ni Ford Ranger XLS..pero kht sa old base model ni Ranger na XLS mo icompare c hilux G wla rin tatamaan..gwapings c ranger at nsa 160 HP.. ky Navara EL nmn nsa 168 HP ata yung old model..tlagang wla ring tatamaan c hilux G.

Hilux Conquest has 2 models 4x4 versions have the 2.8L engine while 4x2 models have a 2.4 engine so its comparable same engine with the G :)

Where do you expect to use all the extra power? Even if you live in the boondocks, the 2.4 with 400 newtons would be suicidally fast if you used more than half the power available.
