2023 Triumph Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer Givi Tool Box Update

Hi, congratulations for your videos. I would like to ask your opinion on two aspects of the Tiger 1200 Rally Explorer. The brake fluid reservoir is positioned in such a way that it is difficult to fit a tank bag. Have you tried moving it? Do you have any advice on a bag that doesn't impact the handlebars? The exaust is very close to the passenger seat, can it be a nuisance in summer? Thanks a lot Guido (Italy)

Opening while riding is very risky, have you figured it out why its happening? have you rekeyed this box lock by yourself, if yes please pay attention to the metal knob which actually locks the cap by going in grove. Second, I think you have mounted it too low, You can move this box bit above.

The toolbox is not meant for this bike. The lid coming off and the hitting of the mud guard. are a result of mounting it anyway. Btw, many toolbox brands for the BMW 1250gs come with the warning to remove the mud guard for exactly the same reason.

so it hits the mud guard and scratches it and will shake open and loose all ur stuff. Thanx btw I like ur videos

Yes, I have taken my box off. I just realized I don't want to think about it while I am riding. I will find a different solution for caring tool, probably just put them in my panniers.

Take the hideous mudguard off! It's worthless! I had the dealer do it before I left with the bike.
