Yeah I made a water manifold. One is water in after the filter, another water to the surfactant tank, another to the float valve in the buffer and two extra auxiliary since they don't have a hose connected to them.

@@KentuckyWashPros Noticed you went from a gear drive to a belt drive on the predator 670 months ago, what made the change? Also what fuel pump do you have in it now?

@@MannyAguilarJr this is a totally different setup. I took the original predator 670 back and got a refund and bought the igx 800. I then found a deal on this 670 with a 8gpm pump and bought it from a guy going out of business

I’m starting out I have a John Deere 3200 psi 2.7gpm Standard wand and tip and a Ryobi surface cleaner. I don’t have a clue what all that was even though you were explaining it. But I see how I can get there I can see the vision physically. Thank you for posting sir!

Brass mounting blocks are called a 3 way unloader block you can get them from Russ Johnson at South Side Equipment in brooks KY, they have a website but you'll have to call to order those. The blocks for the flow pro came from flow pro, they are on the website or call Jud West.

IDK about yours but my sludge sucker is set up exactly like urs and my lay flat hose aint easy to work with im getting a 90 to make the discharge hose work better and not have to support the hose

I honestly haven't used it yet. I used my buddies before I got mine and it had like 25ft of the stiff 1 1/2' hose and it was a bear to get it to lay out and not curl back up

@@KentuckyWashPros yeah thats why I chose the lay flat I got mine from TSC but yeah you will have to lift the hose up and keep it from colapsing but I think if you use a 90 in between the barb and run it to the side it should work great or use 2 45s for a better flow

I don't believe I do....I do not currently use the AR 30 anymore. I would recommend using a AR 45 or P40 over the AR 30

Is your sighn on the side of your trailer just ah vinyl banner or is on plexiglass?

It is nice. The only thing that I am currently doing different is taking my manifold system and my remote ball valve off of the frame for the water tank on mine. It was mounted to the frame like yours is and I just had a metering ball valve go bad on me and now to get to the back of the plate that holds the ball valve I ended up having to take the water tank out because of how it was mounted to the tank frame. Otherwise I enjoy the set up it’s super clean

Great trailer set up buddy! I’m working on mine now. I have to learn about all the proportion, errs and hoses and fittings dump valves etc. its seems a little confusing. i wish you were local in NJ. i really want to set this up right the first time. any advice would be highly appreciated. I can’t remember exactly what that hose is called but I picked it up at Lowe’s. You can also get it at tractor supply. It’s in the plumbing section it’s like 25 feet long.
