@@KatelynDeWitt In codm ranked, a winning streak often leads right into a losing streak. Often you'll get put on a bad team full of noobs, just so you lose often while the other team has actual good players and maybe even someone showing off their money via fancy skins and p2w guns (to try to convince you to buy them). Basically if you lose a match by a big loss or if you carried your team (of noobs) and still lost, then you should stop playing for a few hours or maybe for the day. The system is designed to try to retain you, not just put you in a p2w match until you quit. So by the time you come back to the game, the system will have most likely reset and you might even get an easy win. This affects both pub and ranked lobbies. As of season 3 update, now you can't even view the enemies teams rank or levels! This means they're trying to hide something, otherwise why would they do it? Another thing, matchmaking takes longer. Practically there's fewer payers with fancy gear and veterans to match with than players who aren't either, perhaps now they wait a bit to get you an open slot on one of those matches just so you can see how "good" the latest lucky draw gun is or how much you really need to spend to buy better guns. The things I've learnt is that basically any MP rank obj is almost always determined by the number of scorestreaks in the team. I would say 90% of the games I played (both lost and won) the team that win always is the team with more persistence users, with more orbital laser - swarm - air strike stuffs. About 70-80% of the game I've played, the MVP is always the one with persistent- scorestreaks plus a meta. All the games I have lost in those consecutive rows always have an MVP that use the persistent- scorestreaks. Please note I used the word "almost always" here. Of course, there are players who are genuinely good and skilful that win without using the scorestreaks, there are just very few of them. I think the persistence and meta problems may be unfixable for the devs since I've seen complaints and memes against this for quite some seasons. Nothing has changed. The biggest threats personally are the orbital laser and cluster strike. They are the only scorestreaks that you cannot counter, and cannot destroy. Once I see an enemy orbital laser or cluster strike on the minimap or in person, I basically have to give up that exact hardpoint/point ABC, there is no way taking it. Other problems that I think is fixable are the K9 unit not appearing on the minimap, I thought I was safe until I died again from the K9. Spawning behind the opponent player is also annoying and happens a lot. Another one is the spawning right at the enemy's scorestreak, especially cluster strike where you spawn and die repeatedly. Wallbangs are one of the top reasons why I died repeatedly too. It's unfair that I have to again find a wallbang-proved place where I can crouch in that hardpoint even it's completely walled. Lastly, the airstrike always extend beyond that circle border, it is so hard to be safe from it. One last thing I want to tell all of you is how to win, just use a meta+persistence+scorestreaks and having other members of your team doing so. That's it. Skill does matter, but less than using these OP stuffs. And when skillful players use this tactic, they are simply in invincible. Some gun perks are also extremely OP. The RPD has a barrel attachment that grants unlimited ammo! That attachment alone if abused properly means that not only u never have to reload, you could easily get a nuke. RPD kills with just 3 hits at short and medium range. HawksNest himself said it's the best long-range assault rifle, but TBH it's probably more deadly just because of the attachment. All you have to do is camp in a corner near an enemy spawn or hide in a building or other secluded place and get loads of kills. Another less popular KZbinr abused it at close range pretty easily and got an easy nuke.
