2023 Updated Basic Control Skills Test FLATBED TRAILER

On Oct. 2nd 2023 Ohio updated its skills test requirements and procedures. The Basic Control Skills Test now consists of four different parts: the forward stop, the straight line back, a forward offset tracking maneuver and a reverse offset backing maneuver. This video shows these maneuvers being done with a 53' flatbed.
