The Volvo might not be as fast, but at least its speedometer updates the values as soon as the vehicle changes speed, and not when a static software timer says it should.

@@krokuspokus2403 oh believe me, XC60 T8 (up to 2020) is quite fast, but you have to know how to drive it. Select "POWER" in mode selector (here wasn't) and you'll feel the piwer and torque.

The new Volvos are electronically governed to 112 mph. There’s is a software that removes that safety feature.

Volvo shows a very good performance against Porsche sport car, we know the Volvo can easily upgrade features for more faster, just some transmission and inginition adjustments. Volvo means life, Volvo keeps life with its top level safety equipment besides so pretty comfortable use.

You are not correctly calculating the power in a 407-horsepower hybrid installation. Yes, the electric motor has 146 forces, if it works alone, but in a place with gasoline they give out 407 and not 455.

It would be interesting to see the difference if the S90 had the Polestar Optimisation option. Volvo suggest it improves torque and horsepower by up to 15%, but does not increase overall power beyond 455hp. That should give the S90 a fighting chance.

😂😂😂😂😂 Someone wasn't fair in this test. As you can see, Porsche didn't start with engine in idle as Volvo. When Porsche start the run, the engine rpm was already at the torque rev when Volvo started wirh the engine in 0 rpm, therefore the delay. 😂😂😂😂
