Great review...but I would recommend a DOT approved helmet to give you a chance of survival when you eventually have that very bad day when the laws of physics take their toll....

You're t-shirt says "in god we trust" If you fall down in any higher speeds with the clothes you're wearing, that t-shirt will not help you. Please, please please put some proper riding gear on. Specially in front of your kid. Ride safe my friend. And yes that's is a nice bike

Xmax lights are known to be crap. I dont know that I want to be doing 85-90+ on a scooter with those smaller wheels. If you want to go fast, buy a sports bike, it is supported by many more safety features

I'm glad you made this video. Size wise we are the same. It's always a consideration when buying everything. I've had every brand and type of motorcycle you can think of, now I'm in my late 50's I think I'd like to try scooters. I don't have visions or desires to cross country ride. I'd like to buzz around, jump on the highway for a bit. This seems like a good one .

I'm 70 and you will love how good it rides and so easy ...no shifting just twist and go ....this has to be the best maxi scooter on the planet !!!! 75 mpg and that's going 70 mph ....plenty of room I'm 6'3" 205 lbs ... 2 full helmets below seat ....87 mph easily....light weight 397 lbs easy to maneuver low center of gravity ....etc....SMOOTH AS SILK with Blue Core which has the only OFFSET CYLINDER....and a counterweight to deliver a purr .....you can't feel motor or hear it almost, it's so smooth. UNLIKE THE Piaggio Kymco Honda or Burgman !!!!!!

The Piaggio has it all over the Xmax 300. More horsepower 35 compared to only 28.2, less weight and cheaper. Two year warranty is a big plus.

Thx for the vid, I just bought this bike and I have the 2019 about to sell. I love this bike I keep up with everyone on the road. Other riders laugh until the look back and im on their tail lol. I wanted the tech for touring reasons plus it keeps my phone out of the sun and any elements. Ride safe.

What are your thoughts on the underseat storage of the 2019 vs. the 2023...is it more, less or same?

Daytona Beach has them for cheap end of year ....like 5799 I think I saw ....I got mine for 6299 out the door in Tulsa, Ok about 2 months earlier....best maxi scooter on the planet !!!!! I love everything about it !!!!!

Got myself a 2003, 300cc xmax after loving my 2002, 50cc Zuma for 2 decades! How is the speaker system for the Xmax? Should I attach a couple BT speakers instead? Also, do u recommend FB marketplace to sell your old bike? Ideas on value of my ‘02? Appreciate it!

Well I got it a month ago and love everything about this 23 Xmax. It is as good of a mid size Maxi scooter on the planet !!!! No complaints whatsoever. It drives so easy and is smooth as silk !!!! I still think that for the price it beats all makes !!!!

It was the few remaining 2023s left and they discounted it because the new 2024s were coming in so they did away with destination charge and dealers Mark up and freight charge ........it was about a thousand in savings from the January price when they first got it and price is always the highest then. I hope this answers your question.....on Cycle Trader ai see where in Dallas Texas and Houston, Texas they are going even cheaper right now at $5799.....also Daytona Beach, Floeida .......this is the time to buy YOU WONT FIND THEM CHEAPER. CAUSE when 2024s get here you will have the same exact scooter but for 2500 more !!!! Better hurry

Mirrors on the xMax are horrible. Yamaha needs to make the turns signal lights into mirrors like a forza. Color is horrible. Neds to be silver with the silver yamaha seat tags.

Colors can easily be changed to anything you want. Get whatever automotive paint you like and change them.

The pearl color looks really good up close in sun ....it has metal flakes in paint and gold and silver tones in the panels .....looks totally different in real life !!!!
