Definitely the thing I'm excited to see the most in season 4, is the fact that they'll delve more into JTTW lore. Realizing the main characters are inspirations of the original characters, and these animal guys are the new main antagonists.

I forgot to say last time, but the elephant's face print does not have a mouth, that's a wrinkle from his trunk, there's just no indication of the rest of the trunk

You're supposed to have the chestplate of the mech opened the full 180 degrees when you put it in its place; the floor of the standing area covers it, and the throne looks like an actual throne without that chestplate blocking the chair part.

The yellow tusk elephant in the show is big fig sized so I think the ‘mech’ is actually meant to be him at his normal size

Season 5 looks really great!!! Also to note that Yellow tusk elephant is supposed to be big guy so I thinks the mech is supposed to be him in his normal state and he is represented as little minifigure for some reason? They could have used the chima elephant big figure here but I think its cool this way. And you can play him as Frieza. First he is small, second form is the mech (aka he grows larger) and final form is giant elephant.

I love the colors combinations on everyone here and the design is stunning on the Elephant build. As an artist things work so well in this set, but that's all my opinion.

I think the classic army for the villains are awesome looking and are my favourite ones out of all of them (also I think the meatly will want to have a word with Lego using the title “ink demon” 😂)

I think they DID try to print the trunk on the Yellow Tusk Elephant's head. that "mouth line" matches the color of other creases in his design rather than the black line mouths usually are. What if its not a mouth, but just the upper most wrinkle of his nose?

You call the digi eye face common for last year yet out of all 5 sets Mai Appears in she only had that face 2 times. Of the total 7 it appears in (Including the 2022 jet) and yea it may be a bit specific it is still a cool face

I think the plain legs work well for the Ink Demos, especially compared to the Shadow Monkeys. They're made of ink, and the only parts with any texture are around the chest price, so I feel being pure black fits. The gold could definitely be more vibrant tho, and would make them look a lot more interesting. But even then, I feel they're probably the best generic grunts so far.

I feel like the Shadow monkies should’ve had red legs (either fully red or have a black hip piece, or maybe black legs on a red hip piece), that would’ve been an improvement

Love this set!!! I don't know if its by the semi mech design and the color, but it reminds me a lot of the tremortusk of Horizon Forbidden West (Definitely gonna use it to do a MOC of it lol )

Monkey Kid is filled with very good looking sets that are quite expensive. If you were to pay retail price for all the sets released thus far, it would cost you around $2000.00 Ouch! Most of them are $80.00 - $190.00 with a "middle" set hovering around $120.00 +. and I am telling you that even as a adult, if I am interested in a line, I am going to at least want the main character mini figures, and that's very hard to do. This is where I think Ninjago outshines the monkey kid line. You always had $10 dollar spinjitsu sets followed by a range starting at $20 of well priced sets. the Ninjago line usually makes it absolutely possible to collect all 6 ninja for under $100.00. Each wave had it's big $100+ set or 2, but some of the coolest mech and dragon sets floated around $60 which is something absolutely doable for kids who save $$$ and adults alike.
