If you think about it this show is just Sokka from avatar getting trained by Goku. If you don't understand the English voice actors of MK and Sun Wukong are the voice actors of Sokka and Goku. Sun Wukong having gokus voice is perfect since Gokus character was heavily inspired by Wukong and Goku is sun Wukong's Japanese name.
