Every province is the same. In Manitoba the ex chief appeal commissioner in Manitoba was ex Corporate Secretary of WCB? I made a complaint and Corporate Services WCB says it is a current member who cannot be? These offices are supposed to be independent and seperate? Conflict of interests? There was a section in the act that said no member of the board or employee is to be commissioner, never mind chief that had part of making the act.

RCMP apparently don't have jurisdiction. You would think no one is above the natural laws of justice. Cruel and unusual treatments punishments you would think, would be unacceptable in a free and democratic society. I've been recommended L4 decompression twice. First appeal in 2006 the commission said my L4 damages where assymptomatic. I was recommended L4 decompression first time dec/2004. In 2008 appeal I apparently failed to mitigate my claim because I didnt sign a waiver of liability at an external service provider for a functional capacity exam. Couldn't stand walk. 2008 appeal deemed, denied, deducted. In 2016 losing everything I decide to try class 1 driving thinking sitting would be possible. Mistake. I have a new MRI from same hospital as 2004,it now says Large L4 compressing nerve root "a new finding". Ahh no. Took me a year to get addended report. Not new. They all had specific knowledge. In 2017 I appeal the L4 damages where from 2004 workplace accident. Denied a new finding. So I bring addended report to WCB and Appeal Commission of Manitoba and request reconsideration. Denied! The new commissioner says I should have known through my own due diligences????? So I then make a Human Rights complaint. Manitoba Legislative Assembly makes a new policy giving the executive director the right to dismiss without investigation. Mr Jima says sorry don't have jurisdiction? fightwcb.org please share the web page. It is for all workers.
