This grabbing of the Ego seems to be a false notion that we will somehow “fly to pieces,” if we don’t hold on tight to body, mind, and things. In actuality this fear is false, isn’t it? How can we possibly “fly apart?” I believe it has to do with a false notion of being separate. Am I on the right track? I get flashes, and then I grab for them. This is an incorrect or false action, isn’t it? 🙏 Thank you, Swami

Words are confusion The confusion in investigating I am, is the self identification of being a person trapped in a body trying to gain liberation. The person I am appears. But I am a body does only apparently appear, nothing has appeared. Everything is only imagined in the i thought, ego is real. Nothing alone is real. Nothing is the only reality, nothing else. Nothing is formless. Nothing is nameless Oneself is nameless & formless investigate that. So whether you imagine the i thought, is the formless self or the formless phantom ego, focus the i thought on that formlessness. Reality is formless I am is nothing other than the oneself falsely identifying as a name & form. Be grace, be still ❤cx

one friend told me that the soul is deposited in our head because one scientist said so. but i read the books of shri ramana and he says the soul is deposited in the central part of chest very near to our heart . can you please tell me where it is deposited our soul? thanks very much
