Why is it the top 5 conference chanpions automatically getting in? I feel like if you really wanted the 12 best teams you would just do the top 12. If those conference champions arent in the top 12, they shouldn't knock out top 12 teams from the playoffs by taking there spot

I agree however this year I’m sorta glad they did it that way because as a Miami fan I feel like Clemson was better than Alabama
