2024 900R XRS Muffler Mod, let's let this Pure Turbo upgrade thing breath!

Pat gets some new toys and decides his muffler needs some extra holes! How many drill bits can he break!?
This sure was a fun one to film and edit so I hope y'all like it too! This video covers the majority of the classic 900T/900R stock muffler mod folks have been doing for years now. I'm sure there's a few ways to do it, but this is basically how most modify their stock mufflers for a bit extra flow and a little extra sound.

That could be interesting to take a look at, I know my customer wont be taking off his Diamond S anytime soon so getting the stock one on and compared may be tricky haha

I don't believe so, the stock 900R muffler actually does flow very well in stock form. The earlier 900T muffler had room to be improved on with these mods and that has been dyno proven, we mainly did this for a little extra sound and if it happened to free up some flow, that was an added bonus but not the first concern.

Funny to watch but to much metal left in there for my liking. I enjoyed the guy in glasses he had a look like WTF are you doing! The concept is great that way when the trail nazis do a visual looks all stock. I think I will go with my first thought mbrp or jaws. Thanks for the effort and entertainment!
