Forest Park (formerly Cameron Park) needs to be on this list, if not atop it. It has all of the advantages of Oakwood and Mordecai + the walkability to The Village District, NC State and the west side of downtown Raleigh.

Thanks for comment! There are a lot of excellent neighborhoods in that area. Numbers wise, the value category and amenities did play a factor, albeit small, which pushed some of the inside the beltline neighborhoods outside the top 10. I could understand an argument for certain ones beating out mordecai and oakwood depending upon how things were scored at a very detailed level. If we were to literally only look at location, and nothing else, then you're right, Forest Park may very well be at or near the very top.

Yes the Brier Creek area was just outside the top 10. Very great location.
