Channel 7 is the worst thing to happen to football, bring footy back to 10. I cant even watch the ads on channel 7 without being told to do something by a NAB or Medibank, AAMI all these scumbag companies to go along with the already unbearable shit shows they play. As a Brisbane supporter we have the list that will not dominate a home and away season, but when all of the guys are clicking (Rayner,Hipwood, ah chee, Payne, Berry for example) then they will be way too hard to stop. Very much a case of big game players stepping up when it matters most over a player like Dangerfield which will barely have a bad game

Feeling pretty optimistic about our new coach in Andrew McQalter. He does give a pretty cool, calm and competent demeanour. It will be interesting to see if we poach to support the new coach.

Chris fagan is the example the league needs where an x’s & o’s coach is not the be all and end all. Having a coach the players respect and want to win for is just as important. Assistant coaches are there for a reason and just make that reason to be the brains trust behind a coach that has all the other aspects you want.

the swans conceeded the most marks in a game that they ever had on saturday. to get legends of ours like paul roos, ted richards and jude bolton call us piss weak is spot on.... how do u let that happen? no pressure, no defensive running from a ton of outside mids. imagine having luke parker and taylor adams on ur team and just get rowbottom (who did admirably well, was actually the first player in a while to win 4 clearances in a row) to do all the hard stuff. the bloods culture is dead and i believe we have killed parker and we dont deserve him as much as i want him hell go. chads a downhill skier and we should trade him now before he walks next year. need to either trade or reshape an amartey or mclean for a defensive role, the three talls arent at the standards of other teams for us to run it.
