If you get a reference letter from a civil society organization, is it a must that the referring CSO must must also have filled in the work experience and leadership forms? Or is it possible to have two work experience and leadership forms by filled by the referees from previous professional work and then reference letter done by a CSO which is highlighted in the CV but not in the work experience and leadership forms?
