2024 Arnold Classics Updates - Third Update
Riccardo Magni is back with the third update video for the 2024 Arnold Classic Armlifting Championships March 1-3, 2024 in Columbus, Ohio. He announces changes to the Rogue GrandFather Clock Medley. You can now lift the second weight for more reps if you cannot lift the third weight. This will help with ties among athletes and give them an opportunity to earn more points.

So can we do a few on the heavier one and then go down to the second one and rep out?

No, if you can lift at least one rep on the third pin, you've beaten any number of reps on the second pin. Ties will be allowed for lifters of the third pin, no reason to go from third to second pin once you've done a rep on it.
