Can anyone tell me how to log as I am a member, but I can't login on my iPad. I signed up through my phone, which is a different number than my iPad. Any suggestions?

Hi Jewel. Can you clarify your question? Are you trying to log in to change your membership or are you trying to watch the Tier 3 videos? I would like to answer your questions but not sure what specifically you need :)

@@NurseCheung Yes. I am a member, but instead of logging in with my phone, I would like to login with my iPad but it doesn't recognize me as a member :( the phone number associated with my membership is different than my iPad.

@@JewelStuck-q2q Hi Jewel. I can see you are a Tier 3 early access member. Can you confirm that you are logged into the same account when you log into your iPad or phone? This happened when the KZbin account members were logged into did not match the account they had signed up with. I saw from a previous post that the phone number was different, which may affect the membership. You should see which account you are logged into for KZbin. You can also go to kzbin.info_memberships to see if you are in the right account when you log in from your iPad or phone.
