Just leased one the other day! Same vehicle black optic package 40tfsi. While it is not quick to accelerate it drives smoothly. Very happy with the vehicle 👍🏻

I would disagree that it is not AGILE. The 45 TSI is the way to go. Neither are the quickest off the line, not the best at 0-60, but it IS definitely agile. I've driven a Q3 for a few weeks as a loaner around Dallas, City and Highway and drove it VERY Spiritedly, up to 100mph even, and it handled GREAT. You're not driving spiritedly at all in this test drive and yet you're claiming it's not agile. This is what I hate about some of the reviewers that drive it for few hours and judge a car from a few hours.
