Got this car last October and it is really a good performing car. In terms of performance, talagang, WOW. No issues upon purchase kasi may units available pa that time. Kaso ngayon na nagfofollow up na ako na ung OR/CR ko, almost 2 weeks na akong ignored ng sales agent and sales manager from BAIC Alabang. That at least gives you an idea of the delaer's brand of customer service. Also, walang customer service hotline or contact si BAIC Philippines. Pag nagsend ka ng email mo for feedback, nage-error. Nagmessage naman si Sir Matthew sa akin to follow up pero ung dealer mismo, wala talaga.

you can file a complaint about a delay in releasing an OR/CR (Official Receipt/Certificate of Registration) with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) or the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)

@thebuoyantchannel5563 - I did. No replies from LTO for a week. Sir Matthew did pull some strings though and somebody from BAIC did call to help shortly. The OR and CR was released the next day and it was obvious na the same day lang talaga sila nagprocess. Really bad dealership experience from BAIC Alabang but kudos to Sir Matthew and BAIC main office.

@@pogz1509 - Customer service is terrible for BAIC Alabang and I won't gamble on this car brand knowing what I know now. I get why people always say get from established car dealers. Try to find dealerships that have an active customer service platforms like Mazda and Honda.
