Took this car same variant 2 weeks back. 1000kms clocked so far. HUD is a nice feature. It helps a lot during navigation apart from the usual stuff. Only drawback i saw is downhill. It unnecessarily engages high gear during downhill. Half of the time i put it in manual mode during downhill.

Thank you for your thoughts 👍🏻 I agree with you concern since these automatic gearbox without hill descent control will be programmed according to speed, so if we are going in downhill, the gear changes respective to speed. Thus my suggestion is that you put the gearbox in manual control and maintain in first two gears for safety 👍🏻 I hope this helps, please subscribe 🙏🏻

Change it to manula mode... if u r n higher down fall... in case of over bridge, no need to change... simply just press ur break once ur gear will be down

I am using this AMT baleno transmission for the past 6 months and have clocked 6500 kms. I driven this car for about 600kms in a day (in this 250kms non stop). Driving experience was excellent. overtaking in highways is very easy and simple. In hills I have driven this car to kodaikanal and there was no problem and it was enjoyable. In city I get a mileage of around 15 - 17 kms p/litre and on highways I always get around 24 - 26 Kms p/litre (always ensure that you keep the rpm below 2000) and my driving speed was 80 kms with cruise control.

Bro it is automated manual transmission... it has manula gear box and clutch... some extra fiting component change ur gear instead of you depends upon speed... so clutch type r same as manual
