Do you think 2.7 k is enough for private Videos, i feel like with 4k you have much more options to zoom in in editing and get mwybe better quality and details

Even 1080p is more than enough, if you are limited with your computer performance or storage resources. I always shoot in 4K myself for the same reasons you mentioned and because my laptop amd external SSD hard drives can handle it. I sure was happy to have shot in 4K in Thailand when i had to zoom in some scenes because the horizon leveling on my Action 3 was not activated. 😁
