May be able to make a trip to Japan next winter and need a powder ski for the trip. Never needed a true powder ski before. Thoughts on the Nocta as my Japanese powder ski? Currently ski on Black Crows Camox 180.
there are some difference between this one and the Nocta powder hunter?

The Powder Hunter is a limited edition graphic--same ski!

Hi. Should it be possible to mount the bindings further back than recommended? Like 1-2 cm back? Feels a bit centermount.

Anything is possible. You will likely be just fine going 1-2 cm back from the line.

This or the bent 120?

Nocta feels more substantial with an equally high level of playfulness. It takes a bit more work to access the creativity of the ski than the Bent Chetler 120, but if you're looking to be more aggressive, the extra demand is worth it in the Nocta.

I ride a 166 atris. Would I be alright on a 177 Nocta?

Looks like a major improvement to the last version

The camber introduces non-powder to the mix, which I think is better overall, but it's sad seeing fully rockered skis disappear one by one.

@@SkiEssentials I had one fully rockered ski and sold it, because as you said, even on a powder day you‘ll also find some hard snow. And it skied terrible on non powder. Never would buy a fully rockered ski again
