I have a Penrose leather bag, and I love it. When I think of bonded leather I think of the Coachtopia. The Penrose leather is smooth and feels pretty good IMO. I don’t think it’s bonded.

Yup, I've made a Black Friday purchase. But, it's a bag I have been wanting to purchase for many months, and I made myself wait to see if there would be a Black Friday sale, and my patience paid off! It's from Fount Leather. Don't know if you are familiar with them, I have a couple of their bags already and the quality of the leather, hardware and craftsmanship is so good! It's arriving Monday, Merry Christmas to me from me, lol. ✨🎄✨

I saw those Penrose Dooney bags. I was really curious of getting one but I believe I’m fine with my two satchels. The only bag I’m interested in getting is the dinky bag but idk which color to get. I sold my jacquard Ruby to prepare for the black Friday sales. I purchased the newer version Cassie 19 in signature with the C lock and the black with silver and studs on sale but also thinking of getting the Juliet in black glazed leather. 1 out, 1 in, so I am trying to make a decision between the 3 😂

I just bought the dark lime rogue 25 at 50% off this morning. I had ordered full price last summer to see it , loved it...but didn't want to pay full price. I'm really trying not to shop ...we just remodeled our basement and I'm leaving for Germany and Austria in a week for Christmas markets ( girls trip). Thankfully, nothing else is on my radar except this rogue. I really try to do like you, and few in , a few out. There isn't much I want to sell right now.

@ Ya! And now I’m also torn between the 2 sizes. I rarely carry big bags these days so I thought maybe the smaller one will do (it also takes up less real estate). However, I’m thinking about using it for travel. It’ll have to fit my essentials, umbrella, plus vlogging camera and powerbank, and I’m not sure the smaller one can do it. On the other hand, I’m afraid the larger one will be too heavy to carry around all day. Ah!!! First world problems!

Ooo that Penrose leather sounds like bonded leather…. The colors are beautiful and the style, but the it sounds like a leather version of chipboard to me. Mmmm nope, I can’t, and the prices, the original price? That sounds seriously overpriced. Maybe I am missing something.
