Maybe the only new model that BMW hasn't ruined yet. The exterior design is awesome...Those lines are unique! Very beautiful and sport car

The interiors are convincing me less and less. Despite having been a BMW customer for over 25 years, I have had to note a progressive worsening of the construction quality and materials used by the BMW group for the interiors. My current BMW 3 Series Touring diesel F31 (10 years old and 130,000 km, always kept in the garage and treated very well) has the internal door handle coverings that have "literally" melted in the sun this summer (staining my hands and clothes and those of my family), while almost all the car radio buttons are cracked. Unfortunately I wasn't on "Crime TV". I wrote to BMW Italy and received the response that it was "normal wear and tear of the car". Given that we are talking about a car that is certainly not cheap, always kept in the garage and with an average of about 13,000 km/year (which for a diesel is certainly not a lot) their response does not seem acceptable to me (given that the previous models I owned never had problems of this kind). BMW has lost a customer; I'm already considering buying a new car of another brand.

Not sure about that touch screen… prefer the buttons

Fancy fancy but on some points for example the light switch, the missing buttons for seat heating - it’s a step back. Touch control everything is not innovation anymore
