@GloomToon My father had a 2018 GT brand new & lost 3rd & 4th gear at 1500 KM's. I had a 2022 GT & lost 3rd & 4th at 7500 KM's. Would've figured after 4 years the could've resolved the issue but they didn't for 18-23 cars. The 24's have a very slow releasing clutch pedal too help save the transmission on quick shifting.

Coming from a Manual MKV supra and going to a GTS 4.0, the results reflect what I feel as well, down low the torque and long gearing hurt the GTS 4.0 and it feels sluggish compared to the BmZ4pra whatever you want to call it, but up top the porsche feels so light and quick it is pretty impressive. Both great cars, for the money the Supra and Z4 are hard to beat given that a nice new GTS 4.0 is going to cost you 120k, while the Supra 60, and the Z4 75, and the mustang slots nicely in the middle. Would love to see this with a darkhorse but I bet that will win by a good margin.

Porsche didn’t surprise me as it was the lightest, I thought the the Mach 1 would do better top end considering it had 100hp more than the others, the BMW was heavier than the Porsche and had less power than all 3…so it played out exactly like I thought it would. Despite all of that I’d still preferably own the Z4 M40I 6 Speed Manual over the others. The B58 platform has so much potential and capabilities when tuned.

No it's because almost all BOXSTERS on the road are 4cyl with the center exhaust pipes. The new 718 GTS 4.0 is a 6cyl with the split exhaust.
