I am getting about 7.75 miles to the gallon. I am going to try and keep a decent log of MPG every time I fill up. The hardest part is staying consistent.

Hey Matt, it looks like you get the best fuel consumption here. I once read a post from Awesomeness on steel soldiers; his numbers are backed by thousands of his fuel logs, so it may be worth checking if you haven't done so. Enjoy your LMTV.

How is the handling on it compared to driving a normal car? Is it difficult to drive?

Not too difficult. Just need to take wider turns and need more following distance for braking.
