You guys have to understand, Buick gave us a lot with this car. True affordable luxury with an attractive exterior and interior, of course there's a catch. And that catch is the 3 cylinder engine. A bigger one would 100% make this much more than 23.5k. An Envista GS however would be nice with a Regal GS engine. But if a 310hp V6 is too much then the 270hp turbo 4 that the 2012 regal GS got would also suffice.

I'm not a GM guy but WOW have these cars impressed me! Much like the Maverick, this car has impressed me in ways I never thought a Trax ever would! Having driven a new Trax, it drives and feels like something well above its price, and this Buick looks to provide a lot for the money as well. Very impressed with GM on this one!

GM took over Daewoo 20+ years ago. This will quietly be Buick's best-seller in the US. The Encore sold well too, but was ignored because its not sporty or fast, and that's all the car blogs and "enthusiasts" care about. I'm glad to see somebody is making an affordable car intended to be more comfortable than sporty.

This thing sounds so rough. They made a beautiful car with a lousy tiny engine. How stupid is that? And the funny thing this thing is not cheap. With taxes and fees this thing cost around just under 30K for the basic model. They could have given it a 1.4 liter 4 cylinder turbo engine with 150?160 horse power and made it a decent vehicle that will appeal to a big group of people.
