The gloss black on the ST just takes it to another level. It's definitely the best trim, in my opinion. I do wish the infotainment screen had a better interface. It's very dull. Needs more contrast. The black background looks more gray, and the white words are faded, so it makes it harder to read. I also wish it had a more horsepower. At least a 2.0L Turbo would've been better. It's still a great entry into Buick though. For the price, I'm impressed with the overall design.

Lane change / blind zone alert is available across all three trim levels of Envista. But not standard at any trim level.

My wife’s 2020 Sante Fe has the turn signals down low like this.

Great review. GM finally a Shark antenna on their Korean made sub compact vehicles 😮😮 i agree rear turn signals need to be higher, for better visibility. 😮😮

Envista and Trax are attractive in and out. Lack of AWD is no problem Would prefer every vehicle to have blind spot monitoring and cross traffic alert, too..agree these are necessary safety provisions. My concern is that this car is more than a Toyota Corolla SE or a Honda Civic Sport. How will resale value retention be? Reliability? Durability? I think either of these GM models are a more risky purchase. Both, however, look good and run out well enough. Very good review..you make prospective buyers aware of the value proposition as well as other factors influencing selection.

I would call this a “Crossover”. A “CUV” if you will. An actual “SUV” is more along the lines of a Tahoe.
