Sounds like you have fun while here in Australia and kicked a few goals as well. Well played sir.
Amazing, Lee - well done! I'm sure everyone who watches this is super happy for you. It's a shame we can't watch your actual run, but thanks for taking us all along for the ride in the build-up - it certainly was an emotional, um, pump-track?!

Well said. If you wanna enjoy the ups you gotta embrace the downs. The Joyride book is getting juicy!! Can’t wait to share it with y’all.

Trying not to think that I can come back in 2025 with another year of strength in my shoulders, another year of pain-free shred, and a downhill bike.

What a great question!! It’s time to play with some enduro. Perhaps the Revolution race at Winter Park this July.

Glad you got down safely. That’s pretty wild about bending the downtube. I’ll be honest I wasn’t sure that bike was going to survive knowing Cairns. 😬 Looking at the still at the end of the vid looks like how the angle of that shock is may be stressing the downtube cause it bent right at that point.

I really thought this track was mellower than it is!!!

We’re swapping to a burlier downtube and a longer shock mount so I can keep riding the Pink Mistress. The production Mistress bikes will be totally different. They’ll a use Horst/FSR linkage and most likely aluminum. We have all the geo, sizing and kinematics worked out to fit people 4’10” to 6’8” - with RAD neutral fits!

Why not ride a real downhill bike ❓
@lee_likes_bikes5 ай бұрын
In training this felt better, and I really thought the track was less steep and way smoother. Also, I wanted to do this for me in my way - it felt awesome to ride the bike I designed.
